- [The Ringwood Rambler #5](https://asclarke.org/the-ringwood-rambler-5/): After a few moments in prayer the other day, I was startled by the sudden appearance of a glowing white light which, when my eyes adjusted to the brightness, turned out to be an angel holding a pen and clipboard. “Hail!” he said. (The standard salutation used by angels, I’m led to believe). “I’m from […]
- [The Ringwood Rambler #4](https://asclarke.org/the-ringwood-rambler-4/): Since last I wrote, I have been sailing the high seas in the quest of adventure and tales of derring-do. I enjoyed a lovely cruise with my family, but the only plunder with which I returned was a horrible cold which laid me up for a week. Inevitably, I was accused of having ‘man ‘flu’, […]
- [The Ringwood Rambler #3](https://asclarke.org/the-ringwood-rambler-3/): Last month I rambled on about the extreme weather, along with my memories of the long, hot summer of 1976. A column about long walks in the New Forest? A new bus service for tourists? A freshly hybridised species of rose? A new coffee shop with a hiking theme? None of these, I fear. […]
- [Home](https://asclarke.org/): Greetings! I’ve made a start but there is much left to do. I’ve added some buttons to take you to some of my more recent pieces of writing. Feel free to start exploring. Personal writing illustrationA notebook, fountain pen, and pages ready for personal writing. A new chapter is beginning Under construction This website is […]
